Condo vs. Townhouse: What Are the Differences?

There are fewer neighbors in a townhome community. In a townhome for rent, you may share a wall with one or two tenants (only one wall in an end unit townhome) but it’s better than sharing an entire condo building with multiple tenants. Townhomes with lower levels may have small fenced-in backyards. You may enjoy having your own garage, too.
